Maniva Armstrong

Maniva Armstrong is a dedicated professional and mother of two. After 22 years of experience in customer service and mitigating public complaints in the York Region, Maniva has decided to pursue a new career path in real estate. She is motivated and hardworking, with strong communication skills and an established professional reputation as a problem solver. Maniva knows both York Region and Simcoe County, and her core values are integrity, accountability, teamwork, and commitment. In 2018, Maniva's son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Since then, she has committed herself to helping families in Barrie and York Region whose children have been diagnosed with ASD. She offers support, finds therapy resources, and provides aid to those who have recently been diagnosed. Additionally, Maniva is always looking to learn more about the disorder to ensure that her children have access to the best resources available. In her free time, Maniva enjoys playing various sports, trying new recipes, gardening, reading and listening to music. Above all, she values being a mother to her two wonderful and unique children and learning more about strength, resiliency, and perseverance.
