In 2013, following a nearly 20-year career as a Luxury Realtor®, Catherine Himelfarb-Borden, together with her children Rebecca and Rich, opened the Yorkville Branch of the company her mother, Ronni Feingold founded in 1985. Now in their eighth year of operation, they have been able to cultivate, nurture and grow their office beyond their wildest dreams.

As the Managing Partner of Forest Hill Real Estate Yorkville, Catherine has strived to establish new standards of success while building a real estate business based on a foundation of communication, technology, and teamwork. Forest Hill Real Estate Yorkville’s success has resulted in them holding a substantial share of the luxury market in Forest Hill and Yorkville and throughout Toronto. It has also established this boutique office as a significant force in both the resale and luxury new construction spheres.


Rebecca Himelfarb

Rebecca Himelfarb leads the third-generation legacy of luxury real estate in Toronto at Forest Hill Real Estate Inc. Founded by her grandmother in 1985, the Forest Hill Real Estate brand has become synonymous with prestigious property listings and exceptional service for buyers and sellers. Rebecca immersed herself in the world of real estate at the age of 15, working reception and assisting with the daily business of operating a brokerage. Fast forward to today, she now brings over 13 years of real estate experience to her partnerships in nine of Forest Hill Real Estate’s Branch Offices. Known as the “secret weapon” that makes Forest Hill Real Estate run so smoothly, Rebecca’s strong work ethic is fueled by her passion for the industry. In addition to her responsibilities as an active partner, Rebecca acts as Corporate Recruiter and Branch Office Consultant for all of Forest Hill Real Estate’s 45 branch offices. She participated in opening many of Forest Hill Real Estate’s locations and has recruited over 200 Realtors®.

Dependable, respectful, enthusiastic, and dedicated; Rebecca has become known for her innate ability to grow strong teams in office environments that nurture collaboration and success. Her approach to office management and employee relations is built on the principles of positivity, authenticity, and trust. Rebecca is a graduate of McGill University with a degree in psychology and behavioral neuroscience. She is attuned to the complexities and challenges that can arise with personnel and is equipped with the knowledge to problem-solving effectively. This area of expertise has allowed her to foster the friendly culture that Forest Hill Real Estate has become known for industry-wide. Personally, Rebecca applies her energetic and warm nature to every aspect of her life. She is an avid volunteer and lends her time to various charitable organizations. These include Scouts Canada, Out of the Cold, and the Canadian Cancer Society’s Pantene Beautiful Lengths program. Her contributions include mentoring young children with special needs, serving warm meals at shelters, and donating 26 inches of her own hair to create wigs for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.

Frederik leads Forest Hill’s Legacy brokerage in Midtown Toronto as brokerage manager, a natural fit for the established realtor who believes strongly in honesty, transparency, integrity, education and giving back to the community. Building long-lasting relationships and treating everyone like family have distinguished him as a champion in his field.

Prior to real estate, Frederik’s career focused primarily on the aviation industry. He held various positions from purchasing manager to sales representative and sales manager for companies such as Quantum Aviation, Q1 Aviation and Boeing Canada. After spending several years in aviation management Frederik transferred his skills to real estate where the sky was the only limit for his ambitions and drive.
