Patty Fleischman

With over a decade of experience in various roles in the world of real estate, Patty brings a wealth of knowledge to every deal. From managing Power of Sale properties for major banks, to launching Seniors First Real Estate, her robust career has proven to produce favorable results even in the most complex real estate transactions. With a Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Patty has expert knowledge assisting seniors and their families make the critical decisions involved in the sale of a family home. She is also experienced in the intricacies of specialized housing for retired seniors. In addition to serving the aging population, Patty’s passion for real estate extends to working with first-time home buyers. The challenges of a first home purchase are met with honesty, patience, and tenacity – keys to Patty’s approach to real estate. Patty has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from Concordia University. Prior to her work in the real estate industry, Patty worked in human resources at the Ontario Securities Commission. She is a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor for disabled children and adults.
